Requirements:
7–10+ years of professional experience in engineering design and project management

Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of building systems and applicable codes
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and client coordination skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
