Design included ambient and task LED lighting, emergency/egress lighting per NFPA 101, and generator-ready infrastructure. Low-voltage systems supported POS terminals, Wi-Fi connectivity, and CCTV surveillance. 

Plumbing:
Durable CPVC/PEX piping systems for hot and cold water supply. ADA-compliant restrooms with touchless, water-efficient fixtures. Kitchen drainage is routed to an external grease interceptor for compliance with local environmental standards. 

Fire Protection:
Wet-pipe sprinkler system coordination and comprehensive fire alarm design in accordance with NFPA and jurisdictional codes. Fire suppression solutions were seamlessly integrated into kitchen and service areas.
