Project Overview
The project involves the renovation of a SF tuition building, featuring classrooms on the first floor and utility spaces in the cellar floor in Edgewater, New Jersey.
Design Approach
Daymark Engineers is responsible for the MEP system design and upgrades, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and compliance with all applicable codes. The HVAC system utilizes an existing rooftop unit (RTU) to provide optimal heating and cooling the electrical system includes upgraded service panels and an enhanced distribution system. The plumbing system is designed to support the facility with a properly sized hot water recirculation system. Fire protection measures include strategically placed fire alarms and extinguishers, ensuring a safe and fully compliant environment.
